Are you ready to get going on development of plug-ins for the Notes 8 client (Eclipse)? If you are then look no further than this series of articles on developerWorks: Plug-in development 101. It’s a bit sad that it isn’t Notes 8 specific but hey it’s in the Open Source zone but even though you get the basics of the necessary steps for creating plug-ins.

My questions are more located in the field of how do I setup one of my Eclipse installations to be able to develop Notes plug-ins?
Could you tell?
For those who cultivate a peculiar adiction to certification test style learning, here is a public test for the more general Eclipse RCP stuff:

@Axel, just follow the instructions in the ‘Setup’ part of the following article.

Or, if you have the Expeditor Toolkit installed it can automatically setup your environment for you.

As stated in the other comment – installing the Expeditor toolkit is by far the easiest. Having done both a manual configuration and a configuration via Expehttps://lekkimworld.com/FCKeditor/editor/fckeditor.html?InstanceName=commentBody&Toolbar=Commentditor I would never do the manual process again.
