Isn’t CD12 under NDA by its very nature?
I can’t see why two random strings from a code drop that everybody must know exists should be under NDA. If it is I’ll of course remove the post but I find that hard to believe.
technically, the IBM NDA says you can’t publically acknowledge you have beta code. So while I agree with you, if IBM wants to enforce the letter of the NDA, they would be right. Just something to watch out for
