The WPF port for SWT makes a difference even on XP for performance of Eclipse apps. Hopefully a Cocoa port for Mac will have a similar effect.
I really can’t wait until they do the OpenGL work, though. I want my Notes 8 client to run faster because I have a gaming-class NVIDIA card. 🙂
