&lt;p&gt;Person1: Ah you are John Doe, a citizen-&amp;gt; Authentication&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Person 2: ah you are Frank Foreign, a visitor. -&amp;gt; Authentication&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Then:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Citizen: You have the right to vote, stay as long as you want and pay taxes -&amp;gt; Authorization&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Visitor: You can stay 30 days and spend tourist dollars -&amp;gt; Authorization&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
