Maby a important note:
When setting the variable rcp.home, note that if there exists any white space in the path (value) remember to put a " around the path.
E.g. "C:\Program Files\IBM\Lotus\Notes\framework"
Otherwise you will recieve a "Java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Files\Ibm\Lotus\Notes\framework" when launching your plug-ins!
