Ubuntu Linux is DB2 ready...

Ubunto Linux has been certified for DB2!! This is really nice since it means that there is a FREE certified Linux distribution supported by IBM. A press release is available.

I'm downloading an ISO of Ubunto as I write this...

Of cause there is still the wording which is very IBM. Some distributions are "validated" and some are "recommended and validated"...

Domino domains are for mail routing...

I just read the "Domains, Servers, Databases, Directories... What does it all mean?" post on Alan Lepofskys blog and I feel compelled to point out a mistake. The reason I want to point this out, is because it is a common source of confusion at customer sites when planning and managing Domino infrastructures. The reason I don't post this comment on Alans blog is because this kind of detail don't really fit into the overview style of the post. I feel however that the point needs to be made.
